Colt revolvers have cylinders that rotate clockwise and S&W revolvers rotate counterclockwise. So depending on the manufacturer it is believable either way.

Bethesda should’ve just added 9mm to the game for the self loading versions of the pipe guns and made the .38 caliber a base option for the pipe revolver and bolt action guns then chamber the Deliverer in 9mm that would allow them to slightly boost the 10mm damage

The High Power actually isn't a type of 1911. It does derive a lot of features from the 1911, ie the tilting barrel mechanism, thumbsafety and other similar features. The main differences are the external extractor, different trigger mechanism, and taking double stacked mags. It was actually one of the first commercial pistols to use double stacked mags

Omg. Your last oc build I did with 2 scouts. One had marked for death and the other had the drak 25 with the element debuff oc. It makes haz 5 droughts disappear ……..really worth a try

The whole thing about agility in fallout new Vegas regarding action points is a bit deseptive All you have to do is put 7 points into your agility when building your character so that when you hit the minus 1 to agility when using metal armour Which is a junk armour But the T45 D which is way better you only lose 3 Acton points the big bonuses for action points come from the action boy or girl perk that gives you an extra 15 per tier of which their are Two so you can get a bonus of 30 points to your actions points plus if on the standard build of 7 agility you can also get a bonus 1 point via a implant so will a minus 1 agility from a heavy armour build your character can have a base of 86 action points which is respectable the only time heavy armour with the agility penalty is a bad idea is when you are going to the boomers Camp for the first time because if you was to get to the main gate mostly or entirely unscathed by their fire you need to be wearing lightweight armour and have 7 agility points so you can move fast

The eye for an eye perk makes no sense because if your arm is crippled you can't aim a weapon properly so although you can in theory do more damage you most probably won't be able to hit the target and even worse if your head get crippled you won't be able to see the target half the time as your sight keeps on going fuzzy while you're head is crippled so it is a worthless perk

One good tip with the minigun I heard was that if you're planning on overheating, extra heat generation isn't a downside. Planning and exploiting maxing out the heat meter means you can play more flexibly than living in fear of it.

I like how the regular Tommy Gun gets outclassed by other weapons rather quickly, but you can beat the whole game with the Spray'n'pray. I remember literally beating Nuka-World with it to the point of anihilating all of the raider gangs. The only issue was my character being a typical glass cannon. Also it would be so much better if you could give Kent your own Tommy Gun to apply a silver "skin" to it. Instead I just attached the explosive effect to the silver SMG (not so much of an exploit if you have bought S&P beforehand)

I’m pretty sure they made a cut down stock the default so much is because full stocks clip through the arms and Bethesda wanted to avoid people seeing npc’s like that all the time.

With heave hoe and the long barrel, it makes a surprisingly good sinper weapon. It fires silently, and with that weapon mod and feat, they fire very accurately

This is the first playthrough of any Fallout game where I'm actually USING alien Blaster, instead of saving it too long. Really not effective, on a guns/ melee/ unarmed build. Just use it up and sell it.

my favorites (not in order): Riot Shotgun, Anti-Material Rifle (because explosive round funny), Sprtel-Wood 9700 (Gatling Lasers are quite good for Tunnelers), Grenade Machinegun (used when everything else is ineffective, always works), Hunting Shotgun (haven’t used in tens of hours but it was so satisfying to see a shot of just yourself in VATS as the health bar at the bottom of the screen goes to 0 instantly)

The only time the submachine gun is remotely decent is when you get it with the wounding/plasma infused/freezing effect. Addendum. i avoid mentioning the explosive effect because on anything with a high rof it can lag out the game looking at you explosive minigun that ate my 4070

One thing devs SHOULD have changed with season 5 is, when im promoting lets say gunner, i should get cosmetics and overclocks for the gunner........ NOT THE FUCKIN SCOUT..... every single oc i have for the classes i actually WANT to play came from blank cores..... NOT ONE have ever come from deep dives or promotions..... Its a bullshit system and none of you can deny it, imagine playing darktide, you level up and get perk points for your ogryn instead of your psyker you just leveled up, same logic.....

It's a weirdly underpowered weapon given that .45 ACP is a pretty big round IRL. The combat rifle and radium rifle are a much better use of the ammo. Interestingly, the attachment pack mod gives it a 10mm receiver, making it a pretty decent weapon for commandos with its much larger magazine compared to the automatic 10mm pistol. I honestly think vanilla FO4 should have gone this route from the start.
